Who deals with my insurance company?
We do. We bill your insurer directly and work with the adjuster from the first estimate to the last supplement. You drop the car off — we handle every step of the paperwork.
Do I have to use the shop my insurance recommends?
No. In California, the choice of repair shop is yours by law. Insurers can suggest; only you decide. We work with every insurance company either way.
Are you open 24/7?
The shop floor runs Monday–Friday 8 to 5, and Saturday 8 to 1. The phone is answered 24/7 by a real person — so the shop isn't open around the clock, but you can always reach us. If your car can't drive, call and we'll arrange the tow.
What happens if something isn't right later?
Lifetime warranty on our repairs, for as long as you own the vehicle. If a repair we performed fails, bring the car back and we make it right. That warranty is the reason we'd rather lose an argument with an insurer than cut a corner on your car.
