Straight answers
Things other shops say quietly. We’ll say them out loud.
The questions every collision customer actually has — answered the way we’d answer a neighbor.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. Lifetime warranty on our repairs, for as long as you own the vehicle. If a repair we performed fails — paint, panel, or structural — bring the car back and we make it right, at no cost to you. The warranty covers our workmanship; it doesn't cover new accidents, normal wear, or damage from someone else's repair. It transfers with nothing: it's tied to you as the owner, so it ends if the car is sold.
Is a photo estimate final?
No — and be careful with any shop that pretends it is. Photos get you an honest same-day ballpark so you can plan. The real estimate happens at the shop: our estimators inspect the car in person, and when damage hides behind a bumper or panel, we dismantle that section to see the full picture before a number is final. That's also why insurance supplements exist — hidden damage found during teardown is documented and billed to your insurer, not sprung on you.
Who deals with my insurance company?
We do. We bill your insurer directly. We send the estimate, work with the adjuster, and when teardown reveals hidden damage, we negotiate the supplement directly with the insurance company. You never touch that paperwork.
OEM or aftermarket parts?
Parts follow your policy: OEM when your coverage includes them, quality aftermarket when your insurer specifies it. Either way, you know which parts are going on your car before work begins.
Do I have to use the shop my insurance recommends?
No. In California, the choice of repair shop is yours by law. Insurers can suggest a "preferred" shop; only you decide. We work with every insurance company either way.
Are you open 24/7?
The shop floor runs Monday–Friday 8 to 5, and Saturday 8 to 1. The phone is a different story: it's answered 24/7, by a real person, not voicemail. So the shop isn't open around the clock — but you can always reach us. If your car can't drive, call and we'll arrange the tow.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on damage, parts availability, and insurance approval — minor repairs can be days, structural repairs longer. What we promise: an honest timeline up front, and a call the moment it changes.
Is a photo estimate accurate?
It's an honest starting point — enough to tell you the ballpark and the next step. Final numbers come after we see the car, and if teardown finds more, the supplement goes to your insurer, not to you.
